Two Chattanooga-based companies, CBL Properties and Vision Hospitality Group, are teaming up on a new hotel at a North Carolina shopping center.They plan to develop a 139-room Element by Westin hotel at Mayfaire Town Center in Wilmington, North Carolina, according to the companies. The new 83,000-square-foot hotel will mark the brand's entrance into the Wilmington market, a news release said."CBL's strategy is to bring new uses to our properties such as entertainment, dining, multi-family and hotels," said Stephen Lebovitz, chief executive officer of CBL Properties, in a statement.
